Frontixx Refund Policy

At Frontixx, we strive to ensure a smooth experience for both event organizers and attendees. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled by the organizer.
  • Event Did Not Hold: If the scheduled event does not take place.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds will be processed only if:

  • Frontixx has not yet disbursed the ticket revenue to the event organizer.
  • Refund requests are made within the specified time frame following the cancellation notice.

Disbursed Revenue

Once ticket revenue has been disbursed to the event organizer (typically after ticket sales conclude):

  • Frontixx is unable to process refunds directly.
  • We will recommend and direct ticket buyers to the event organizer for further resolution.

How to Request a Refund

If your event qualifies for a refund, please contact Frontixx Support with the following details:

  • Event name
  • Ticket order number
  • Reason for refund request

For issues related to disbursed funds or further assistance, attendees may contact the event organizer directly. Their contact information is typically provided on the event page or in the confirmation email.
